So, the engine is now in the back, and the rad is at the front, and Marlin have given me some plastic pipes and a couple of steel tubes....hmmmm...there's a lot of bits to add here, and no diagram supplied. | Only three plastic pipes pass through the middle of the car. The two large 28mm OD pipes for radiator feed and return, and one small 16mm OD pipe that is for the heater supply.... | The heater return pipe joins as shown above into the radiator return pipe. | |||||||

| The rad return pipe (cool) connects to the steel pipe at the centre of the picture. This pipe connects to the water pump (top left), coolant reservoir (16mm) and turbo (16mm). | The tee piece connects the upper thermostat housing feed pipe (8mm) to the turbo inlet (8mm) and the reservoir return (8mm). | |||||||
